TOEFL learn from example writing

for some reason I wasn't able to upload the file, I think it is because the storage is too massive.
However, I learned the example writing that provided by textbook, the question is if we prefer living in our own countries or spoken countries when learning a foreign languages. the students have to state their points of view and provide the reasons and examples for the stand.
